Haiti Coffee Roasting Company has been collaborating since 1999 with Moka Brasil Srl Company from Milan.Thanks to this collaboration coffee sale to private customers is possible. The coffee blends for moka pot are very different from those used at the cafés. The bartender has a professional Espresso maker with very high pressure and temperature, far from those released by the moka pot at home. A moka coffee can contain a lot of Arabica (even 100%), while an espresso with the same blend would be too acid.
